Who are we?
Arnold Wagener and Ans van Doorne, 69 and 65, live in Almere. After retiring, we bought this lovely apartment in Orihuela Costa. We visit it several times a year ourselves. Because we think it would be a shame to leave it vacant while we’re away, we decided to rent it out.
For this purpose, we’ve appointed Yvette as our local property manager. She speaks several languages and welcomes the tenants. She’s also the point of contact during their stay. We also have a professional cleaning company that makes everything perfectly usable after each rental.
