El Canario Azul Orihuela Costa Playa Flamenca (Torrevieja)
In Orihuela Costa (Torrevieja), in a unique location between Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca, you’ll find this lovely, large three-bedroom holiday apartment with direct sea views. It features a spacious balcony and a large private roof terrace (40m²) perfect for sunbathing. The apartment faces southeast. The beautiful complex boasts a large garden and several swimming pools.
Prices are per night for 2-4 people, including bed linen and towels. Final cleaning, water, and energy consumption are not included. The apartment is officially registered with the Spanish government and is required to be an NRA number. We have a tourist rental license with number VT-510200-A. We work with an official rental agreement.
Energy consumption: €0.39 per kWh (meter visible). Fixed water consumption: €2.50 per day. The cost of a full cleaning, including final washing of linens, bath towels, and hand towels, is €120.00 per booking. The deposit is €300.00.
The apartment is located in a lively area and is fully furnished. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bed linen, towels, and bath towels are provided. There is a spacious kitchen with a wide range of cookware, an oven, microwave, table grill, and a fridge-freezer. Eating out is really inexpensive, but the kitchen is perfectly adequate.
There is free high-speed internet with 5G Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with all Dutch channels. There is also a coffee machine, kettle, washer/dryer, and, of course, good air conditioning.
Directly across the street from the apartment is a large supermarket. Within a 200-meter radius, you will find a shopping center with banks, an ATM, many restaurants, bars, terraces, go-karting, mini golf, tennis, a gym, bike rentals, a gas station (electric charging), and more.
Shopping centers such as Las Habeneras and La Zenia Boulevard are a short distance away. A little further away, there are also various tennis and golf facilities. The apartment has its own covered private parking space. Rental bikes or your own bicycles can also be stored.
Orihuela Costa borders Torrevieja and is located on the Costa Blanca South, approximately 40 kilometers from Alicante Airport. Close to the apartment are the beaches of Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor. Orihuela Costa, together with Torrevieja, forms a very popular holiday resort with a vibrant nightlife year-round. Several tennis courts and golf courses are located nearby.
El Canario Azul and the surrounding area
The beaches of Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima are a short distance away. Within Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja, there are several beaches, such as the well-known “Playa del Cura” and “Playa Los Locas.”
Just 200 meters from the holiday home is a pleasant complex with about 40 restaurants, ranging from budget-friendly to more expensive, but still affordable. There are also several other shops here.
Every Saturday, the large Playa Flamenca street market is held nearby, with hundreds of stalls stretching over a kilometer on both sides. On Fridays, there’s the large market in Torrevieja, and on Sundays, the famous Lemontree market just outside Torrevieja. There’s always something going on in the immediate area.
